Zonal Leaders’ Meeting: Strengthening Leadership for a Season of Impact

This month, nearly 70 church pastors gathered for a four-day residential Zonal Leaders’ Meeting, an important time of prayer, planning, and preparation for the ministry ahead. These leaders, all voluntary workers with CCI - Southeast Asia, shepherd their own churches and are supported financially by their congregations. Yet they joyfully give their time, energy, and hearts to help advance the mission of sharing Jesus with children across India.

During the training, the pastors united in prayer, sought God’s direction, and worked together to finalize plans for the December Bible Camps and various outreach initiatives for the Christmas season. Their dedication reflects not only strong leadership but deep faith in what God can do through them.

What makes their role even more remarkable is the scope of their influence. These zonal leaders oversee several thousand pastors who run Bible Camps in 20 different cities. Their commitment helps mobilize an entire network of churches, volunteers, and camp leaders, impacting thousands of children and families across the nation.

This gathering was more than a meeting. It was a moment of renewed vision, unity, and passion for reaching the next generation with the love of Jesus.
