Hope for the Next Generation: Alex Newman Interview

Every day presents a powerful opportunity to witness and share the incredible works that God is doing across the world. At Children’s Camps International (CCI), we are blessed to see His faithfulness, mercy, love, grace, and power reflected in the lives of millions of children who have come to know Jesus through our Bible camps and follow-up programs.

In India we have about 240,000 children in the CCI followup program from weekly bible camps which began in spring 2025. Presently, we have 3,000 pastors and 15,000 camp counsellors trained to begin camps and followup programs in September and December respectfully. The only thing holding them back is access to the camp materials for the kids. Please partner with us to purchase the camp material for the pastors to reach possibly up to 300,000 new young souls. About 70% of the kids who attend the initial weekly bible camp at their local church ask Jesus into their hearts, becoming beacons of the Holy Spirit to their families and community.

For the past 22 years, CCI has been committed to fulfilling the mandate of the Great Commission to go and make disciples of all nations. Through the support of our partners and the tireless efforts of our global team, we have seen millions of lives transformed by the message of the Gospel. One of the most remarkable stories comes from our ministry in Southeast Asia, where nearly a quarter of a million children have heard the Good News of Jesus Christ. These children have not only attended camp but have also been part of ongoing discipleship programs that help them grow in their faith and walk with Jesus.
